TGI Graduated!

Thank God I Graduated indeed! Thank you all so much for your prayers.
It has been a really tough year and I honestly wasn't sure near the end whether they'd let me graduate this year or not. As it turns out, God has answered my prayer yet again and the graduation ceremony yesterday was a celebration of His enduring mercy. My own failure may have been humbling but His grace has remained sufficient and it is by His strength that I could finish this academic year. Truly yesterday was a proud day, not of any achievement of mine but the accomplishment of God's work in this chapter of my life. I was especially grateful to have been able to share this special day with both my parents as well as Vera; thankful also for this opportunity to share this joy with you.

Many of you have been asking what's next for me so perhaps a little information here would be appropriate. I had applied and been given a conditional offer to do the PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate of Education) in Secondary Mathematics at Kings College London. As I have managed to fulfil the academic requirements by graduating, I just need to do some advanced work before officially starting this one year course in September. During this next year I will be required to do a lot more essay writing (something I haven't done in a long time) and also doing two school placements. I would greatly appreciate prayer for this next year as the course is set to be an intensive one.

It has been an amazing summer, an amazing year. Never before have I experienced God's hand so powerfully in my life and seen so many answers to prayer. Perhaps a most challenging year but certainly a most cherished one.

'It has seemed good to me to declare the signs and wonders which the Most Hight God has done for me. How great are His signs, and how mighty are His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion is from generation to generation.
...and seven periods of time will pass over [me], until [I] recognise that the Most Hight ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on whomever He wishes...
But at the end of that period I, [Deborah Gan], raised my eyes toward heaven, and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and praised and honoured Him who lives forever; for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom endures from generation to generation. And all inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, but He does according to His will in the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can ward off His hand or say to Him, "What has Thou done?". At that time my reason returned to me... Now I, [Debbie], praise, exalt, and honour the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just, and He is able to humble those who walk in pride.'
.'
